[Cuga] Abstract due Oct. 25th for 2025 APS April meeting (Global Physics Summit)- A message from Yordanka Ilieva

Dear Colleagues,

The APS April meeting next spring is combined with the March meeting into one Global Physics Summit 2025 (https://summit.aps.org/<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__summit.aps.org_&d=DwMGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=TI1-uR1CNrL-lIqQDSyKdxNA8TlS9bg3dZbKl21HDQU&m=UU0vhxHRoUoBRkwFN2W4uceC9z5mR8M32gEYoub37rZE0weo241EVcvIFFE7GHXg&s=x-tEWSKTXiD-RAMEjiPYEw05ejGYUWhC2FedqIZeiBQ&e=>). The scheduling of the Summit follows the timelines of the March meetings and the abstract submission closes on the 25th of October. This is an earlier dead line than what we are typically used to. If you plan to give a talk, you need to submit your abstract by the 25th of October. The likelihood of deadline extension is 0%.

Our unit’s presentations will take place in the Anaheim Marriott hotel. The recommendation is to book a hotel as soon as possible due to the expected high number of attendees.
