[Cuga] Upcoming JLUO BoD Meeting- A message from Matt Shepherd

Dear Colleagues,

The JLUO BoD will hold its next monthly meeting<https://wiki.jlab.org/cugwiki/index.php/JLUO_BoD_Meetings> on Tuesday, December 9.  An item on the agenda is to plan for the annual meeting with management across divisions at the lab that will take place on January 7-8.  This meeting is an excellent time for the BoD to have in depth discussions with relevant members of lab leadership about issues related to the user experience and the efficiency with which we can pursue our research and teaching missions at Jefferson Lab.

If you have concerns you would like to raise to the BoD as we prepare for this meeting, you can do so in a couple of ways.
