[Cuga] PAC53 dates to remember- A message from Thia Keppel & Douglas Higinbotham

 Dear Jefferson Lab User Community,

The dates for the 53th Jefferson Lab Program Advisory Committee meeting have been set for July 21-25, 2025 and proposal submissions will be due May 5th.

We are working on updating the submission portal and putting together a LaTeX template for proposers to use to help ensure all proposals have the information the PAC needs.    The location of the new file along with the detailed call for the proposals will be sent out in the coming weeks.
