"What can you do if you have polarized photons and polarized target?"

The baryon spectroscopy represents a significant part of the physics
program at Jefferson Lab. Experimental Hall-B possesses a unique set of
tools for the phtotoproduction experiments.&nbsp; How these
tool are used to study of the nucleon excitation spectrum will be
presented.
