is the second workshop following the first one held in Yerevan, Armenia
in 2010 entitled “Transverse Partonic Structure of Nucleons”. This new
meeting expands on the previous one as it focuses on the experimental
program planned for Jefferson Lab 12 GeV Upgrade, outlining the
necessary experimental, theoretical as well as computational support to
enhance our understanding of transverse momentum, spin and spatial
structure of hadrons and nuclei in terms of their basic constituents
namely quarks and gluons.</p>

offer a clear path for relevant and novel studies in the JLab 12 GeV
era and beyond with a possible Electron-Ion Collider.</p>
