for the Third Workshop on Haron Physics in China and Opportunities in
USĄ± A preliminary program will also be ready and please visit our
website for details. We would like to remind you in particular of the
following things:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">(1) Those who need a visa to enter China and has
not submitted your application, please do so as soon as possible. For
the papers you need, please contact our workshop secretary Ms. Mengting
Yang at <a moz-do-not-send="true" href="mailto:yangmt@sdu.edu.cn">yangmt@sdu.edu.cn</a>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(2) It is also time for you to book your flights.
For the domestic flights to Weihai, you can choose to fly to Yantai
Airport or Weihai Airport. Both airports have similar distance to the
workshop site. Please visit the workshop website for more detail. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(3) If you need us to pick you up at the airport,
please inform Ms. Yang your flight number and arrival time in advance.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(4) SDU academic center is just located at the
Golden beach of WeiHai and is very convenient to go swimming. Those who
like swimming do not forget your swimsuits. </p>
