available for pick-up at the VARC front desk beginning <b>Friday
morning, September 30, 2011</b>.

After September 30, 2010/2011 insurance cards will no longer be
accepted by doctors and medical facilities. Please be sure to review
all coverage changes
and be aware of your insurance responsibilities. <br>
