is seeking candidates for a research assistantship. The
program is to sponsor a minority undergraduate student to work on
projects that
are either part of our research program or are related scientific or
engineering aspects of the research.<span style=""> </span><o:p><br>

assistantship is funded by the JSA Initiatives Fund,<span style=""> an
annual commitment from the JSA owners, SURA and CSC/ATG, to support
programs, activities, and initiatives that further
the scientific outreach, and promote the science, technology, and
education
missions, of JLab and benefit the Lab user community.<span style=""> </span></span><span
style=""></span>It will provide funds to support the student at the
university
during
the 2012-2013 academic year. Nominations must be submitted by the
candidate’s faculty
sponsor before the student may apply. Faculty sponsors may obtain more
