The signage was attached to the ladder by a magenta and yellow bungee cord, but the contractor did not pay attention to verbiage on the sign.</font></div><div><font face="Arial"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial">This area had been posted on Friday, Dec. 13, as the Superconducting Radiofrequency (SRF) group was scheduled to begin testing a cavity with a 1 Watt amplifier over the weekend. The contractors performed a walk-through of the site on Friday; however, they failed to take a look at this particular area.</font></div><div><font face="Arial"><br></font></div><div><font face="Arial">Signs are posted to communicate important safety information. Please read and obey posted signs. If you are ever confronted with a sign that you question or don't understand, call the phone number on the sign to seek clarification.
