Electron Ion Collider (EIC) Users Group meeting will be
held at UC Berkeley's Le Conte Hall
from January 6-9, 2016. We hope to see you there.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)">The aim of
the meeting is to bring enthusiasts and users of the
future Electron Ion Collider together to initiate
discussions and activities
which will help get the EIC to the next stage, following
the positive
recommendation in Nuclear Science Advisory Committee’s
Long Range Plan.</span></p>

style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)">The meeting
will focus on:</span></p>

development of the science case beyond the WP and
LRP,</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)">b) EIC
detectors and R&D,</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)">c)
organization of the EIC User Group,</span></p>

style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(62,0,63)">d) next
steps.</span></p>
