highly-qualified candidate for the NREL Deputy Laboratory
Director, Science and Technology. Over the next several
months the search committee, chaired by Bobi Garrett, will
work to source potential prospects, conduct screening phone
interviews to assess qualifications, hold in-person
interviews and ultimately recommend a short list of strong,
viable candidates for my consideration. We will be moving
as quickly as possible with the search, but balance the
desire to move quickly with taking the appropriate time
needed to identify a diverse and well-qualified slate of
candidates. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

innovation the ability to work collaboratively within a
