There are two parking spaces adjacent to the Technology and Engineering Development Building (Bldg. 55) high bay section and two in the northeast parking lot of the Test Lab (Bldg. 58). When using these spaces, be sure to limit your stay to one hour. As is the case for all time-limited and special-purpose spaces, proper usage of these marked spaces will be strictly enforced in accordance with the Traffic & Parking Management Policy posted in the Jefferson Lab Administrative Manual. If you have any questions about the marked spaces, contact Bob Sperlazza, x6241. If a tagged item is going to be put in a different location on-site for more than 30 days, a Movement Request must be submitted to the Property Management section, so that the property database is updated. You may submit a Movement Request via the property search tool. Property Custodians are also required to notify Property Management if they plan to take any tagged item off-site. The Property Custodian must apply for a Property Pass or Temporary Property Movement for the item, and the custodian will be authorized to take the item off-site for use once the request has been approved. If you have any questions about these requirements or need assistance with assigned property, contact Christian Whalen, x5899.
