to distribute the first announcement of the EIC
Accelerator Collaboration Meeting 2017. It will
be jointly sponsored and organized by Brookhaven
National Lab and Jefferson Lab. This meeting
will focus on the machine design studies and
accelerator R&D for both eRHIC and JLEIC.
The dates of the meeting are Oct. 9-12, 2017 and
the conference venue is Brookhaven National Lab.</span></p>
