<span style="color:black">special to many of us in the community for a long time. The upcoming meeting will be the 30th meeting since 1959. Photonuclear Reactions is also the only Nuclear/Hadronic/Particle Physics Gordon Research Conference. The goal of the
Gordon conference series</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black">is to offer small and inviting conferences that foster constructive discussions between world leaders and early-career scientists on the
most compelling and pressing research areas. The continuity of our Photonuclear</span><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
<span style="color:black">Conference series requires keeping the</span> <span style="color:black">
attendance up (GRC averaged 154 in 2018), which in turn requires</span> <span style="color:black">
an exciting scientific program that maximally reflects developments happening in our field.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
