We are pleased to share the Jefferson Lab Inclusion Survey results with you. <br>

<em><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Given the time lapse, we believe it's prudent to remind you why we conducted the survey.</span></b></em> Lab leadership wanted to know what <u>matters to you</u>, because only through inclusion can we tap
into the collective brainpower of our community to create breakthrough scientific </span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; line-height:150%; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif; color:black">research. And with a quantitative measure of your perspectives we can take
meaningful action to create a more inclusive community. Leadership therefore partnered with "Culture Amp" a renowned organizational behavioral research consultancy, to provide the Jefferson lab community with high quality feedback.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; line-height:150%; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif; color:#202020"><br>

Together, we conducted focus groups, sent out surveys, analyzed the results and shared them with lab leadership, JLab User Group Board of Directors and the Diversity & Inclusion Council, and now with the entire lab community.<br>

<em><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The journey doesn't end here, </span></b></em>this is just the beginning. We want you to look at the results and <em><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">use your voice to </span></b></em>consider
and formulate opportunities for improvement. To aid the conversation, Human Resources and D&I Council members will be coming to each division to discuss the challenges, potential solutions and measurable actions for resolutions.<br>
