We want to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming SESAPS 2021<br>

meeting taking place at the University Center Club on the campus of<br>

Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL on Nov. 18-20, 2021.<br>

<br>

At this moment, we are planning an in-person meeting barring worsening<br>

circumstances due to the ongoing COVID 19 situation. We will be<br>

posting safety measures that will be taken during the conference on<br>

the SESAPS 2021 website (<a href="http://sesaps21.physics.fsu.edu/">http://sesaps21.physics.fsu.edu/</a>)<br>

<br>

The meeting includes plenary and parallel sessions covering a broad<br>

range of current topics in physics research, a student poster session,<br>

a graduate program fair, and the presentation of the annual SESAPS<br>

awards in Teaching (Pegram Award), Research (Beams Award), and Service<br>

(Slack Award). Poster presenters will have the chance to compete for a<br>

prize. The meeting banquet will feature a keynote address aimed<br>

towards a general audience. We will also have numerous exciting<br>

special sessions, including a session to promote discussion on<br>

diversity and inclusion in physics.<br>

Postdoctoral researchers, Graduate and undergraduate students are<br>

especially welcome and encouraged to submit an abstract for<br>

presentation. Student travel support is available.<br>
