<p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:TimesNewRomanPSMT">This is the first circular of the 10th International Workshop on Chiral Dynamics (CD2021), to be held in Beijing, China in the period of 15-19 November, 2021 and hosted by the Institute of High Energy

 Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This series of workshops started in 1994 at MIT and will take place in Beijing, from November 15 to 19 2021, and will be hosted by the Institute of High Energy Physics. The purpose of this workshop series is to bring physicists

 together who are active in this field, as well as those who are interested, to discuss and debate the most recent achievements and future developments.</span></p>
