The workshop will cover software basics such as git, unix shell,<br>

introductory python, and domain-specific software such as interacting<br>

with ROOT files.<br>

The timing of this training workshop should be ideal for any new<br>

research students (graduate or undergraduate) who may be starting in<br>

your groups this fall term.<br>
