We are pleased to announce that we are restarting the HUGS International<br>
Fellowship for Graduate Students in Developing Countries that got halted<br>
because of the pandemic.<br>
<br>
The fellowship covers travel expenses - including international airfare -<br>
room, and board to attend the 2023 Hampton University Graduate Summer<br>
(HUGS) program, a flagship summer doctoral school of the US Department of<br>
Energy, at Jefferson Lab (Newport News VA, USA). It also includes an<br>
additional 1 or 2 weeks stay in Jefferson Lab to meet with the laboratory<br>
researchers and users, and to initiate or strengthen a research<br>
collaboration.<br>
