<div>Dear Friends,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We are excited to announce the "Crazy Future in Nuclear Physics Workshop” that will take place at Tel-Aviv University on August 8 - 11. <a href="https://indico.mit.edu/e/EliCrazyFuture" data-auth="NotApplicable">https://indico.mit.edu/e/EliCrazyFuture</a></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The meeting will celebrate Eli Piasetzky’s 70th birthday. As such it will focus on helping Eli decide what experiments to run between now and his 120th birthday! In practice that means that se would do out best to sidestep from our usual day-to-day projects
and really focus on the long-term future of our sub field. Experimental talks will focus on new experimental opportunities at existing and forthcoming facilities such as JLab12(/22), EIC, FRIB, FAIR, etc. while theoretical discussions will help determine what
physics we would like to elucidate at these facilities. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>A few general examples can include:</div>
<div> - Mechanical / gravitational properties of SRCs</div>
<div> - EMC effect beyond inclusive reactions</div>
<div> - Polarization observables for high-momentum nuclear and nucleon structure</div>
<div> - Short-distance structure of the most exotic nucleons</div>
<div> - …add your ideas here…</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Do feel free to contact us if you have a specific idea you would like to present.</div>
<div><br>

<div>Hopping to see you in Tel-Aviv later this summer!</div>
