<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The 2023 <span class="x_gmail-il">Frontiers</span> and Careers workshop provides a venue for Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers in the field of nuclear and hadronic physics to discuss research, explore career prospects,

 and make professional connections, all in a friendly environment. Participants will be provided the opportunity to present their work, develop soft skills, network with peers, and interact with a panel of experienced faculty members and physicists, all with

 the express purpose of preparing themselves for their future careers.</p>

<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="x_gmail-il">Frontiers</span> & Careers 2023 is a preconference workshop accompanying the European Research Conference on Electromagnetic Interactions with Nucleons and Nuclei (EINN 2023), which will be held October
