<div>The terms of the officers and four members of the</div>

<div>2024. The installation of officers will take place at</div>

<div>the DNP Business Meeting in April 2024. Haiyan Gao</div>

<div>will become Past-Chair, Dean Lee will become Chair,</div>

<div>and Jim Napolitano will become Chair-Elect. Melina</div>

<div>Avila, Shelly Lesher and Kate Scholberg will remain</div>

<div>members of the Executive Committee in 2024. In</div>

<div>April 2024, Senta V. Greene will retire as Past-Chair</div>

<div>and Paul Gu`eye, Huey-Wen Lin, Christine Nattrass</div>

<div>and Agnieszka Sorensen will retire from the Executive</div>

<div>Committee. A Vice Chair and four members of the</div>

<div>Executive Committee (one Early Career member) are</div>

<div>to be elected. Regular Executive Committee terms are</div>

<div>two years while the Early Career member serves one</div>

<div>year. This year’s Nominating Committee consists of</div>

<div>Mike Strickland (Chair), John Arrington (Vice Chair),</div>

<div>Leah Broussard, Renee Fatemi, and Huey-Wen Lin. The</div>

<div>candidates selected by the Nominating Committee and</div>

<div>approved by the Executive Committee are:</div>
