The Jefferson Lab Users Organization Board of Directors, with the generous support from the Jefferson Science Associates,<br>
is pleased to invite nominations for the 2023 Jefferson Science Associates Thesis Prize. The prize recognizes doctoral theses and<br>
accomplishments of exceptional quality related to research carried out at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility.<br>
The recipient will receive a commemorative plaque, a check of $2,500, an invitation and travel reimbursement up to $650 to present<br>
a talk and receive the prize at the 2024 Annual Users Group meeting at Jefferson Lab this June.<br>
Nominations of dissertations in experimental, theoretical, accelerator physics, and related areas are welcome.<br>
Applications received by March 17, 2024, C.O.B. EST will be given full consideration. Jefferson Lab employees are not eligible to apply.<br>

POSTDOC Prize<br>

The Jefferson Lab Users Organization Board of Directors, with the generous support from the Jefferson Science Associates,<br>
is pleased to invite applications for the 2024 Jefferson Science Associates Postdoctoral Research Prize. Established in 2008,<br>
the program supports research activities of outstanding early-career scientists in areas related to the science mission of Jefferson Lab.<br>
The prize provides a $10,000 grant in support of a research project proposed by the recipient and an invitation and travel reimbursement up to $600 to present<br>
a talk and receive the prize at the 2024 Annual Users Group meeting at Jefferson Lab this June.<br>
To be eligible for the prize, an applicant must be within five years of graduation and in a post-doctoral or equivalent position at a university or<br>
national laboratory other than Jefferson Lab.<br>
Previous recipients are not eligible to apply. Applications received by March 17, 2024, C.O.B. EST will be given full consideration.<br>
