<p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="color:#212121">We have extended our proposal deadline to host the 15th NSTAR International Conference in 2026 (NSTAR26). Continuing the long tradition, NSTAR26 promises to be an invaluable opportunity for highlighting
the current progress in the field and collaboratively discussing future prospects.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="color:#212121">We welcome applications from all regions. However, due to the current restrictions affecting visitors from the US (especially DOE employees) to China and Chinese visitors to the US, we will prioritize
proposals from other potential hosts to ensure smooth participation and inclusivity for all attendees.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
