The IUPAP Young Scientist Prize in Nuclear Physics was established by IUPAP in 2005 at</div>

The purpose of the prize is: "To recognize and encourage promising experimental or</div>

theoretical research in nuclear physics, including the advancement of methods,</div>

procedures, techniques, or devices that contribute in a significant way to nuclear</div>

The prize consists of an amount of 1,000 €, a medal, a certificate citing the recipient's</div>

contributions, and a presentation at INPC 2025 where they will receive the award.</div>

Nominations are open to all areas of applied and basic nuclear physics in experiment</div>

and theory. The nomination package should contain, other than the nomination letter,</div>

two additional letters of support, the curriculum vitae of the nominee containing also</div>

the list of publications.</div>

Nominations are due November 1, 2024. At this date candidates for the prize must have</div>

a maximum of eight years of research experience (excluding career interruption)</div>

following the Ph.D. (or equivalent) degree. The additional letters supporting the</div>

nomination should detail the significance of the work of the nominee. To underline this,</div>
