<p>Nearly five years after the "AI for Nuclear Physics" workshop at Jefferson Lab, we are revisiting the landscape of AI-related activities within our community. To this end, we invite you to participate in a new survey aimed at capturing the breadth and depth

 of AI activities at Jefferson Lab:</p>
