We are contacting you as somebody with an interest in<br>
Lepton-Hadron collisions and Deep Inelastic Scattering, to make you<br>
aware of a document in preparation for submission to the upcoming update<br>
of the European Strategy for Particle Physics. The document aims to give<br>
an overview and vision of the current and possible future landscape of<br>
the field, supporting and adding context to the separate submissions<br>
from the facilities and experiments covered.<br>

restrict the length of the main text to 10 pages (we are currently<br>
slightly over that).<br>

The idea for this document grows out of the Deep Inelastic<br>
Scattering conference series. Many of the topics described will be<br>
