[Cugapost] Position open: Postdoctoral Researcher for The Department of Physics & Astronomy at Rutgers- A message from Ron Gilman

The Department of Physics & Astronomy at Rutgers, The State University
of New Jersey, is seeking a postdoctoral researcher in experimental
nuclear and particle physics. Candidates with outstanding research
potential and an interest in hadronic physics and QCD are especially
invited to apply. The main focus of research initially will be proton
structure as measured by the polarized target g2p/GEp experiments
in Jefferson Lab Hall A. Opportunities will exist to also be involved
in the JLab 12 GeV program, the Fermilab 906 and MINERvA
experiments, and the EIC project.
This position is supported by a National Science Foundation research
grant and is subject to the availability of funds. It is for one year
renewable for up to three years.
A Ph.D. in Nuclear or Particle Physics or postdoctoral research
experience in these areas or equivalent is required.
