The Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN- Italy)  just posted the 
2011/2012 program of  Post-doc fellowships for foreign students. The 
position would start at the beginning of the next
year for 1 year renewable to a second year. It is open to all students 
(having the PhD may give some advantage).
