[Cugapost] [NLDC] Analyst at ARPA-E

Dear Directors and Chief Research Officers,

Ellen Williams, the director of ARPA-E, has asked me to circulate the 
attached advertisement for the position of Senior Advisor for Technical 
Assessment and Impact.  The position would be, as typical at ARPA-E, a 
three year rotation that could be filled by an IPA.  ARPA-E is looking 
for someone with strong technical skills, interest and ability in 
understanding topics across a wide range of technical areas, and an
