Jefferson Lab has initiated a search for a replacement for Rolf Ent as Associate Director for Experimental Nuclear Physics. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics or a related field, twenty years experience in conducting research in accelerator-based experimental physics, a record of successful management of large scientific research and development facilities or projects, and a strong international reputation. The successful candidate will provide a dynamic vision, leadership and management of the Physics Division to enhance scientific discourse and deliver on the science mission of the laboratory. Jefferson Lab is particularly interested in identifying candidates who can foster a diverse, inclusive and welcoming environment to advance the field of nuclear physics.
