The following job opportunity may be of interest to early career scientists, particularly anyone who is interested in pursuing an academic career with an emphasis on teaching. Kenyon College (liberal arts college in Ohio; undergrad only institution) is hiring a Visiting Assistant Professor for a 2-year position. This would be mostly teaching, but there would also be resources and students available for pursuing your own research.


Note that, unlike a "research university", it is not unusual for this sort of position to be filled by someone straight out of grad school or who otherwise hasn't gotten "enough" research under their belt to apply for faculty positions.
