Assistant Professor of Physics – Theoretical High Energy and Nuclear Physics

The Department of Physics at Hampton University invites applications for a faculty position in theoretical High Energy and/or Nuclear Physics  at the Assistant Professor level to begin in fall 2025. This position is a temporary annual position with eligibility for promotion to tenure-track. Successful applicants will have demonstrated excellence in teaching, a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate education, and a well-developed plan to establish an active research program with student involvement.
