seeks an outstanding individual for a
tenured or tenure-track faculty position
in experimental nuclear physics. Of
particular interest are creative
candidates specializing in Fundamental
Symmetries or Neutrino Physics, who wish
to initiate their own research programs at
CENPA, or who already have a leadership
role in one of the existing Nuclear
Physics Long Range Plan priority
programs. Current CENPA faculty are
involved in the neutrino mass experiments
KATRIN and Project8, the MAJORANA
DEMONSTRATOR neutrinoless double beta
decay search, high-precision muon g-2 and
muon capture experiments, and a sensitive
test of He-6 beta decay. CENPA is the
site of the ADMX axion search, and a suite
of tabletop gravity experiments. The lab
provides partial support for the Hg-199
EDM search. The University of Washington
is home to the national Institute for
Nuclear Theory (INT), which hosts a
diverse series of Programs and Workshops,
as well as research in a wide variety of
nuclear physics areas. The UW faculty
includes groups in both nuclear and
particle theory, and in experimental
high-energy physics with ATLAS. <br>

and immigrant communities. All qualified
applicants will receive full consideration
for employment without regard to race,
color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,
