<div style="font-size:13px">The Hadronic Nuclear Physics
Group at Florida State University invites applications
for a postdoctoral researcher to work on the GlueX
experiment at Jefferson Lab. The group has a long
involvement with GlueX, and has a wide range of
interests in hadronic physics, with a particular
interest in the search for hybrid and other
unconventional mesons, as well as interests in
advanced scientific computing. More information on

<div style="font-size:13px">The GlueX experiment (<a

has begun a multi-year data-taking program, and the
analysis of these data will lead to a rich program of
physics results. We seek a candidate with a strong
interest in the GlueX physics program to lead physics
analyses of this data. The successful applicant will
be based at Jefferson Lab, will be expected to take a
role in supporting the running of the experiment, and
to provide guidance to graduate and undergraduate
students. A Ph.D. in experimental high-energy or
nuclear physics is required. Experience with amplitude
analysis, high throughput computing, or advanced
software development is a plus.</div>
