2. Requirements:<br>

Doctor in Physics degree or an equivalent in the area of Theoretical or<br>

Experimental Physics of Elementary Particles or Astroparticles; Teaching<br>

experience of undergraduate and graduate courses; Scientific research<br>

experience and ability for collaborative work with colleagues and<br>

students; Fluency in oral and written Spanish and English.<br>

3. Proposed Start Date:<br>

As of January 2021, to work at the Casa Central Valparaíso Campus.<br>

Physics department of Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria has a solid<br>

research group of theoretical and experimental particle physics, which<br>

includes professors, associated researchers, postdoctoral researchers and<br>

graduate students. Our group actively participates in several<br>

international scientific experiential collaborations (ATLAS at CERN,<br>

Fermilab, Jefferson lab). In the faculty’s laboratories we develop<br>

hardware and software related projects which include building particle<br>
