applications in all areas of physics represented in the department: Astronomy and Astrophysics, Atomic Molecular and Optical Physics (AMO), Biophysics, Condensed Matter Physics, Nanotechnology, Neuroimaging/Cognitive Neuroscience, Nuclear and Particle Physics,
Physics Education Research, Plasma Physics, and Quantum Optics. Successful applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. and be able to demonstrate the ability to establish an independent research program and have or be able to secure research funding. Our faculty
