The Quark Nuclear Science Institute of the Graduate School of Science,<br>

The University of Tokyo, invites applications for a tenured Associate<br>

Professor position in experimental high-energy nuclear physics.<br>

<br>

The newly recruited Associate Professor will play a central role in<br>

the division for the promotion of the International Quantum Physics<br>

Network, actively contributing to the establishment and expansion of<br>

the International Quantum Physics Network. The successful candidate is<br>

expected to take a leading role at the forefront of research related<br>

to the next major international accelerator project, the Electron-Ion<br>

Collider (EIC), currently under development in the United States.<br>

In particular, the candidate is expected to demonstrate strong leadership<br>

in areas such as data processing systems and semiconductor detector<br>

development.<br>
