Hi all,

Here is version 8 of the write-up:

There are changes to wording of all sections, and the references to the
figures has been corrected.  Once I get an updated plot from Matt and
confirm a few things from him, this will be (I believe) finished.

Aiming to send this out to Guy tomorrow night/early Tuesday morning the
latest.
