[d2n-analysis-talk] Trigger/Bit problem with runs 20570-20578? [SOLVED]

Matt pointed out to me that I should double check the DL.dat file to see
if the bit histos were being built for the LHRS.  Turns out, they were
commented out -- this affects the DB subdirectory 20090306.  I'll check
the others as well; but this seems to be the only kinematic giving me
issues in the past, but a second go around shouldn't hurt.
