[d2n-analysis-talk] StartType.pl glitch

There seems to be a minor (though somewhat obnoxious) glitch with 
StartType.pl (I'm using the one in $DB_DIR, with the appropriate wrapper, 
etc.)

For runs in the range of 1064-1086 (I've been replaying runs in the low 
1070s), the script seems to want to link db_BB.cer.dat to 
$dbpath/db_BB.cer.dat.b1. However, this file does not exist in the 
DB/20090206/ directory. There are three other db_BB.cer.dat.b[I].[J] 
files, but I don't know which one would be correct.

So, the db_BB.cer.dat symlink ends up being broken, and when I run the 
analyzer next, the fact that it's a broken link makes StartType.pl die 
(see output below). I have to manually remove the broken symlink in order 
to replay another run.

I don't need any Cerenkov info for what I'm doing right now, but this 
could be a problem for somebody. I am also wondering whether this is the 
only run range with a problem.
