Hi all,
So, I've readjusted the matrix elements to the values Jin gave me from the
Transversity study. Then I adjusted the zeroth order y_fp matrix element,
which corresponds to an offset. This is seen where, from the Optics
Matrix:
y_tg = Y_{jkl}*th_fp^j*ph_fp^l*y_fp^k
to zeroth order, j = k = l = 0:
y_tg = Y_{000}*th_fp^0*ph_fp^*[y_tr - \sum_i y_{i000}x_fp^i ]
but to zeroth order, we set i = 0. Therefore, the last term is the offset
we adjust here. The last expression for the y_fp arises from an
investigation of the focal plane coordinates, where y_tr is the
y-coordinate in the transport system.
See the attached plots for the before implementation of Transversity
optics + Survey offsets, and after the implementation and my shift.
