Hi Brad,
Attached is a few plots taking a closer look at the spike at ~ 170 ns in
the S2m R-TDC times.
The first plot shows an overlay of the ADC for PMT 7 with one-track, dead
time pulse removed, PMT 7 firing (TDC >0) and a T3 cut (black line), with
the plot having the same cuts plus a cut on the TDC time ~ 170ns (red
line). The blue line includes a cut > 0 on the ADC.
The second plot shows the 'inverse' of the first -- TDC for PMT 7 with the
same cuts, (black) along with a cut > 550 in the raw ADC (red).
This shows where the spike in the S2m TDC times comes from -- (largely)
the spike at zero in the ADC.
