[d2n-analysis-talk] DB Update on d2n

Brad,

I have updated my DB and StartType.pl to now include the proper
calibration coefficients for the elastic data, as I realized over the past
few days that those (db_L.prlN.dat) files went missing when I
re-calibrated the PR at each p for production data.

You can find my updated DB here (which, as far as I'm concerned, is the
most up to date version of the DB on d2n, until my changes today):

on the d2n machine: /home/flay/backup/db_backup/DB_021710

It also contains the updated StartType.pl script.
