[d2n-analysis-talk] d2n DB change

I added on line

wall_thickness = 1.229

to the db_BB.optics.dat file to all the DB folders on d2n.jlab.org. With
out this when you try to do a bigbite replay you get an error. This will
obviously eventually change but we can now do bigbite replays on d2n
machine.
