[d2n-analysis-talk] Target analysis update

Hi all,

I think some of you may have this link already, but I'll repost it just
in case.

Lamiaa has a web page with an overview of the d2n target analysis here:

I added this link to the Target section of our wiki.

At the moment, there is an unresolved inconsistency between the online
RTD and derived offline temperature values (not sure of the details).
This is currently being investigated with some of the Transversity
folks.
