If I squint a bit I can almost convince myself that the several of the
paddles (2, 3, 6, 9, 10,12) are 2ns too low, and 5 is 4ns too low.  I
gather these were aligned using the 2ns period RF clock -- perhaps some
paddles were aligned to the wrong RF clock cycle?  I'm looking at the
S2m time-offsets plot in scint_toffs_trans_3_3_10.pdf.
