[d2n-analysis-talk] 4- and 5-pass p = 0.60 GeV overlap, Scintillator Timewalk DB files

Hi all,

First off, I plotted E/p (with electron cuts) for p = 0.60 GeV at 4- and
5-pass (red and blue, respectively) and put them on the same histogram.
There is very little difference -- if I fit these two distributions to a
Gaussian, I get:

mean (4-pass) = 0.843
mean (5-pass) = 0.836

sigma [width] (4-pass): 0.0773
sigma [width] (5-pass): 0.0787

This corresponds to 0.4% and 0.8% differences respectively (my statements
during our meeting yesterday were clearly incorrect -- I must have missed
a power of 10 somewhere when doing my initial check); so it seems from
this plot, there shouldn't be that big of a discrepancy between the two
efficiencies after corrections. I'll continue my searching...

Also, I've changed the timewalk constants to 700 for each paddle, and
placed these adjusted files in my working directory (the DB is
unaffected). I still get the same plots I showed you yesterday.
Something fishy is going on...
