What run are you looking at? I can try replaying it, but if we're both 
using the standard d2n build in /usr/local on the d2n machine, I have some 
trouble imagining that I'll get anything different.

Didn't we have a problem a few months ago where we were both missing lots 
and lots of tracks from the BigBite replay, and you solved your end of the 
problem by removing that cut? (I didn't have that cut, and therefore that 
option wasn't available to me; it was the new build that made things work 
on my end.) Is this really the return of a very old problem?
