[d2n-analysis-talk] Second draft of Hall A annual update

Hello all,

I have a new draft of the d2n contribution to the Hall A annual report:

Many thanks to Dave and Matt for their feedback. I have fixed typos,  
added error bars for the LHRS trigger efficiency, and greatly expanded  
the sections on the BigBite MWDCs and gas Cerenkov, with new figures.
